Anyone replaced the oil cooler seals with anything other than the extortionate MB seals from the stealers. Mine has started the winter weep. Just can.t bring myself to spend that much on a rubber o ring.

I know it is a crazy price, but every aftermarket set I have seen does not fit tightly enough and after a couple of weeks to a couple of months the leak is back. Sometimes even worse than before.

I replaced mine with Victor Reinz seals (OEM tier 1 supplier to Mercedes) over a year ago without any problems so far. They were 4, 14 and 20 USD.

It starts leaking again this month since I replaced the gaskets this Feb. Not sure if the gasket quality problem or the installation problem.

This price should be OEM or Aftermarket but not "MB genuine" one.

With the conversion rate at this time it is almost exactly what they cost at an MB dealer in the US. Did mine at least 18 months ago and not a drip using the MB parts.
