I've seen that there are several new ML coming to this forum, so as in other forums let make this sticky.

I'll start with a few picture, as always, please comment and post your best shot of your ML :D

Looks nice in black too, we had a black before and decided to go with white this time (Diamond White) just to get a change...

White and black are the best two colors. Is the black one pearlized paint?
It's a straight 040 Black, I took those photos right after having the car detailed.

Hey guys. Here's a pic of my 2013 ML350 with the summer rims and tires.
I like the rims, did you have issues with the TPMS sensors?

I did a swap from my old 20" rims (from the R-Class), and the frequency is not the same a ML, I could not get it to synchronize...

Thank you for the compliment on the rims. Fortunately I've had no issue with the TPMS sensors. Please keep in mind the TPMS sensors are part of the ABS system , not in the stems. :)

I've got to work on it later, have not got time now, also I know there are 2 different frequencies that MB uses, 433MHz and 315MHz, maybe the R uses a different than the ML.

The TPMS on the MB is the advanced, so it is is in the valve, there is a small block at the end, this one transmits pressure, and temp from each tire, on a Ford they use the ABS sensor, as the rotation changes with tire pressure loss, but it is not as accurate as the advanced sensor.
But in any case if there is a rapid pressure loss it does not matter :D neither system will detect in time.

Actually in Canada, the MBs don't have tpms. They are ABS based. Not sure why. I know the American MLs display individual tire pressures, while the Canadian ones just warn you of low tire pressure.

I know for sure my 2010 glk350 did not have them, as I used winter tires with no tpms sensors and the low pressure warning still worked.

Thanks actually not quite true.....
For example, on my 2013 ML550, i had ordered the optional 21 inch wheels and tires package
I am able to see/read my individual tire pressures on my dash display...
Thats one of the reasons i ordered the 21 inch package , as individual readings are not available with the stock 20 wheels....
Disadvantage :
-those tires are performance summer only, so if you live in a snow belt, you will in addition, have to buy 4 winter tires....
