Looking for some OEM center caps for my 2013 E350 Sport. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm also open to some good quality aftermarket ones. I tried looking some up, but I get conflicting information on which ones would be for my car.

You can also find generic sets on eBay. If you pop one of the old ones off, there's an MB part number behind it and you can just search ebay for those items. The aftermarket ones get beat up just as easily as the OEM ones.

Yep, I ended up getting a set on Amazon. I had a credit, so I got them pretty cheap. They are a little different from the ones they car came with. They had 3 "clips" on the back, while the new ones have like 7.

I agree with buying the $7 to $9 set on eBay. The OEM are no more durable and there's no reason to blow money down the drain. You can expect the blue color to last about 3 years and then after that it starts to come off. Then, put another $7 to $9 set on and continue.
