My new Delco Remy 200A was roughly 20 times less.

My U500 got upgraded with the Delco Remy 275 amp for under $600 all in. So yeah something is wrong with the listing above.

Yes, it is an outrageous price, and I don’t think anyone would fall for it. I looked to see if it was for multiples of them, but I didn’t see anything that stood out.
It wasn’t alone - there were other listings with the same price.
