I also use the V Power when I can find a Shell station. They still say ethanol free for the premium and I hope that that stat label is still accurate. There are a few brands that show ethanol free in their super grade.

Yes, I used to do that too, at least every third tank-full ... Almost everyone else went 5% for premium and most standard ones here are 10% ...

Yes, and I'm now getting slightly higher range on a full charge, than quoted by manufacturer

I usually get about OBC 10.6L/100 for my short trips during the summer (average of 26km/h) but my numbers are worse for winter as a result of a lot of short trips with a cold engine and with winter tires. I am also down to a 25km/h average over 900+ km which did not help. Driving like this is why I change my synthetic oil annually despite being under 7K of driving.

I'm noticing that most Shell stations now show ethanol in ALL grades.....Can anyone confirm that info from where you are ?

Our Premium here in Canada is 91 octane and it used to show NO ethanol in their 91 octane...so something has changed here.
