Four of these are up for auction here in Australia (Pickles auctions) to the public. You might have a little trouble getting the ammo though :) I read somewhere that these 4 are the best (and fully operating) out of 105 that the owner previously sold (I'm hoping not to any tin pot dictatorship?).

I had not thought of that, but still a nice discussion piece for the front yard (keep the neighbours guessing).

I reckon the neighbours will be very nervous indeed !
I am holding out for a Leopard - if not the whole thing, then at least the powerpack :D

An ARV would be fun to play with but owning one of these would be demanding on the maintenance end of the deal. The Chieftan's unending discussion of track tensioning is enough to give pause.

If I was going to endure that level of batty upkeep I'd look at either the bat-m or imr-2. The Soviets understood the value of a good engineering vehicle.
