I heard there was a tire shop down in Hurricane WV that could just stretch your 17'' or 18'' tires right over your 20'' wheels.

If I bought some dope 20's, I assume that will mean I will need new tires too.
Also, I am leasing so I would have to store the stock ones somewhere to swap them back out in 3 years?

I meant that as a joke,honestly, I cant believe anyone would believe you could put 17'' tire on a 20'' rim.
