I have an 02 C320 and I just lost the signal to the radio. I cant pick up any stations. I pulled the radio and everything seems to be in tact. Does anyone have any clue as to what is going on here????????? Please help!!!!!!

When mine stopped making noise, as in no music - but would power up...it was a bad sound amplifier...I am reading that it is located in teh trunk area...

Its not the amp or the sound system that isnt working. It is not getting a signal for the radio. Kind of like the antenna is not plugged into the radio....but it is. I have sound, just terrible reception on the radio. Something else that I just noticed is that the keyless isnt working unless i get right up to the sensor on the door handle. Im guessing that some antenna is interconnected with the keyless entry Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated

Was it just tinted...IE the windows?

No tint, no radio add on's, no nothing......it just quit all of a sudden

Mine had the same symptoms because of the tinting went bad. I learned that the antenna and the amp for the radio and the keyless entry located at the rear window. If any water or moister gets there you are out of luck. Mine was covered under warranty so if I was you I would just go to the dealership and let them deal with it.

The W203 chassis had an issue with the antenna amplifier located in the driver's side C pillar. You might check that...

Ill have to check that out and post what I find but the car is in the body shop right now. Gotta love getting rear ended When I get it back I may do a little trial and error
