No power to heater blower CL500 2005

My heater stopped blowing on my Mercedes CL500 2005, So i changed the blower and the resistor and it still does not work. I then changed the control panel and still no joy. I then tested the power source and there is no power. Can anyone help? Naturally i checked the fuses.
