I have discovered that the heater and a/c are not working in my car. The fan blows and the ducting selection works, but no heat or air. I took the car to the local import repair place and they pulled codes that indicate multiple sensor failure. The tech stated that it is highly unlikely that all these sensors would go out at once and so they believe that it is some issue under the dash and want to tear into it.
The codes are as follows:
B1228 (B10/2) left heat exchanger temp sensor
B1229 (B10/3) right heat exchanger temp sensor
B1232 (B10/6) refrigerant pressure sensor B12
B1230 (B10/6) evap temp sensor
B1417 left dual valve
B1416 coolant circulation pump
B1231 coolant temp sensor
B1459 Serial interface K/2 from operation unit to instrument cluster

The tech suggested that something might be unplugged within the dash. Any clues before I give them the open ended credit card???
Thanks,
Karl

I too have this problem, although it may have been self induced.
I had the age old peeling paint problem, so pulled out all of the red plastic, had it painted, and I replaced everything, all plugs are connected, and now no aircon or heat. I have checked it several times, and no air con, just the fan.
I may now go and check the fuses...
