No full throttle power

cI think I've found the answer to my troubles,going ahead and draining fuel tank to check for water.I order a assortment of vacuum plugs for the intake and throttle body..I believe the secondary air is something wrong with all the smog controls.I will see if this stops the problem,then reconnect some.But going to vent blow by under car like the old days
