2009 SL65 - AC seems to work ok for temperature throughout the entire car, all fan speeds work, just all of a sudden now one day no air is blowing out of the drivers side vent. Passenger vent and middle vents are ok.

Anybody have any idea where to look first? My SDS is not working.

I think the way forward is to have a functioning SDS. It seems reasonable to assume there is an issue with the flap stepper motor, but since the effort to replace it is so great, you want to first be certain of the cause of your problem.
