They are entirely different setups. I doubt that would work, especially with the addition of the express windows in 2002.
Newer Model Switch Assembly in a 1999 ML320?
Can I get a 2002 or later switch assembly for my 1999? I'm tired of the copper connection problem and I'm assuming later models may have fixed this issue.
