I got really lucky - DeadBenzAnimator had the factory hitch cover with cutout for factory hitch, and in my color! It had lots of overspray on it of different colors, but lacquer thinner cleaned it up perfectly. BTW, does the job on touch-up paint... and yes, it's a factory cut out, not trimmed in any way. Picture from 2021 eBay receipt...

can you steer me to a hitch that will fit?

There are sellers on ebay who have gone to many pic-n-pay yards, and offer these items as detailed in a response to this. Don't want to be accused of being an advert shill, but I have bought many things from one seller...
