Hello fellow Benz owners...
So I recently got into an accident that wrote off my Volvo
However, has given me an opportunity to buy a benz! :thumbsup:
So that's pretty cool... I think I got a good deal on a 96 C280... picked it up locally for $2000 from a friend. He's a mechanic and this was his car. He wanted to upgrade to an SUV or something... looking around craigslist and such I noticed these go for around 4-5k as well...
Soooo I was pretty exited about it... I see some members however have had issues with their C280... and C-Class cars in general...
Regardless - it's a temporary car... will drive it till it blows up on me and then maybe I'll upgrade to a newer Benz... or hopefully it will run for the next ten years *knock on wood*
