Hi,

I'm looking for new tires for a '91 300E. The current tires are Pirelli P4000's and I'm looking at replacing the fronts only with Bridgestone Turanza LS's.

Any comments on my tire choice? Any other recommendations? Since my wife normally drives this car with our children, wet/dry handling is the #1 concern. Next is ride quality & noise.

Also, should I be concerned with different tires front & back? I've experienced spooky handling once before on a different car when I used non matching tires.

excellent tire choice but, only on the front ???/ that will create oversteer when in bad weather which is a bad thing .... get all 4 or atleast put them on the rear until you get 2 more
