I am attempting to change out the old stock steering wheel on my 93 400E with a leather and burlwood one bought from Ebay. Everything has gone well except for the horn. I switched out the ring but am unable to switch out the contact switches because the housing of the steering wheel is different. I have determined the hot and ground on the 2 spade switches and have attempted to hook them up in every concievable way I can but the fuse keeps on blowing when I press the horn. Any ideas or similar experiences?
