Question for all sitting on 19's, how is the ride, and do you have any problems with rims hitting the wheel well?? thinking 'bout spending some loot on new rims, but not 2 sure opinions??? tks Q

I have wondered why there isn't a sticky on the recommended sizes (width and offset) for both 18" and 19" staggered rims on our beloved W208s for those new to the Benz scene....

I have done alot of searching on these and other forums for the perfect sizes as a beginner W208 enthusiast, like me, and have not yet found a definitive answer before plopping down beaucoup $$$ on some rims.

Would anybody be so kind as to tackle this ongoing question once and for all? PLEASE???

I would personally like to know what size and offset in 19"s I should get if I'm riding on Bilsteins and H&R Springs if I want my ride to look like this:

That looks like cup kit low. Anyways, the proper size would be 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 or 10 rear. With 235/35/19 tires in front and 265/30/19 rear. I believe the offset should be between 35-38 but dont quote me on that part. I dont know about 18's though.

That is the correct offset, i had on my 2008 c350 20 with the same demsions and had no problems.
