Hi I just registered as a new member. I have a 2001 E320 , silver with approx 132,000 miles. I have owned car for about 2 years and am currently upgrading.
Does installing a new style air filter system help with performance and/or fuel
economy? Thanks Chuck

No and as a matter of fact using one national company's upgrade can damage your engine. Use the recommended filters.
