I have a 2007 R 350 with 71k miles and I just lost the left rear suspension airbag. I ordered from Arnott. Job appears simple!!

I dont have a star system, but I assume I just run the car and it will level itself,
Correct?
It should level itself however the fault code for the blown bag will still be on the computer/control unit and I do not know if this will affect the system. We simply clear all fault codes but try it first and if it does not work then you will need to buy/borrow/steal an appropriate test equipment. OBDII test equipment is no use as it only covers engine.

You will not need Star to release the air as it already has a blown bag.

Once you are ready to do this repair, remove the Airmatic relay and this will prevent the pump from switching on during the repair;
