HI Guys,
'Looking forward to reading and contributing in the future, but as a proud new owner of a lovely '68 SL280 I suspect I'll have a few questions!
I bought her in July of last year and flew to Melbourne from Perth to collect her. Driving her home (over 3500 kms) with a friend was a great way to get to know her (the car) and not suprisingly she gave a bit of a gasp as i pulled her into the driveway. 5 months and many thousands of engine rebuild dollars later and Im back in the seat (with more to be spent without a doubt). None the less, a great Christmas gift!
Anyway - Hi for now and its great to be a part of this forum.
