New member with a question for you all

Hi, I am in the market for a 2007 c230 with 7 speed. sunroof, lighting package. On edmunds.com they have the c230 with a $500 incentive and 1.9% financing for 72 months. But when I called my locl dealership they have no clue what im talking about Anyone know if this deal is true or not? Also what should I look to pay for a c230 with said packages? Invoice? Any help would be appreciated and thanks for looking.
