The truss company is 8 weeks behind because they had a COVID outbreak....they are saying delivery Sept 1.

Many Canadian houses have basements or cellars ( to house furnaces in the old days). No heating and your pipes freeze ! I built a house in Sydney with a full basement under ground level on one side (sloping block). It was a copy of a 1920's Montreal town house I owned when I was in Canada.Lol, wasn't sure if earth will be moved back onto those walls or if they are just supporting
