I have split the driveshafts/axle s and want to degrease the mannual states as in pic to put on one cover using hylomar and then cover on the other side after adding the grease.
Does grease need to be inserted only on the side where the rubber boot is or do i need to pack grease on the other side of the joint as well ie where the final cover is slipped on and tightened to diff
Im assuming the inner joint is the one closer to the diff
