Hideous is the word that comes to mind. The car minus the rims is stunning.

I’m with MRTIKKET. Beautiful car, awful rims.

How old are some of the ppl posting here? For an older person these rims wouldnt look good but for people IMO that are younger and are with "the times" these rims are amazing. I think the upgraded E class rims would look even better...the 5 star ones with the thick spokes.

I think they look fine and they don't date the car like the original alloys

We really don’t get a good look at the rims from the side from a normal distance, just the close up and angle views so it’s hard for me to tell. From what I can see it looks like the rims are too busy for the sedan, there are better choices from the newer cars that look good on the sedans.

Ugly rims are ugly rims, regardless of one’s age.

sorry to go off-topic here...

storm, do you currently own all of the cars you have mentioned in your sig? Are those your cars in the pic as well? Hard to imagine owning all these cars and paying the high taxes you have in Europe on all of them.[xx(]

Geesh!

The seller states he purchased the car from the original owner. "Homey" don't think so!

Here is an excerpt from AutoCheck I just ran.

The car was originally titled in Atlanta on 2/89. It has been titled in Florida 3 times (we may need to discount the third Florida title because there was a lien attached, which might suggest the then owner borrowed money against it). At any rate, the best case scenario is the seller, in fact, is AT LEAST the third owner. Notice the title #'s in the last three transfers. I know for a fact that cars sold in Florida with a Florida title, retains the same #.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Remember, reading is fundamental and an AutoCheck is a MUST!

To my own surprise, I'm with Benzonline AND with jdc on this one. I was expecting to pull up the pics and say, "DOPE", and find Tikket and 'emz being harsh as usual, but when they came up, I was more like, [|)] Not awful like the others said, but as jdc said, a better choice could have been made. Thats where Benzonlines "E class upgrade wheel" comment is dead on the money.
