Just wondering if it was legal for old soldiers to drive around in UK with an expired german numberplate ... [;)]

Its only expired in Germany. We have our own rules.

I bought my G from Germany too, and I and only 4 days to until I had to stop the car in my garage for more than 2 months until the new plates arrived, different coutries, different laws..

I have known guys drive on export plates for years in the UK
I drove a citroen for 3 years in the UK with its original dutch numberplates[:I]
A bit naughty as was pointed out by a policeofficer[:D]
