You can get plug-and-play "Depo" brand bi-xenon headlights on eBay for about $370 for the pair.

Rodney's got it straight... the depo ones on ebay are the way to go. Put a set on my '02 c320 wagon, black... looks killer. Makes the car much better, a very worthy investment.

Another option is DIY headlight restoration. There's a kit you can buy that has a mini electric sander which you can use to sand out oxidization.

There are also kits with a shampoo type thing where you just rub it on the headlights, but that doesn't do all that much.

Find a shop that uses the BG headlight restoration kit. It is a 5 step process. Wet sand with a small air or electric sander. There are 2 different grit pads pink then blue. Polish with air or electric polisher, 2 different polishes/ polisher pads. Then A UV protectant/ sealer is put on. Most lights come out looking brand new. If the sealer is put on once a year the service has a lifetime warranty. Most shops charge between $150 -$200.
