The wife has just sold her 2006 Mercedes SLK prior to our upgrade of 18" Wheels which were recently purchased. They are 18"x8 5/112 35ET (offset)
The wheels and brand new and never mounted. Fitment should be for SLK280 and SLK350 and some others.
Our loss -- someones gain -- We are offering the wheels for sale @ $650.00 including shipping. For final confirmation of price we would need a zip code to verify we have estimated average freight cost properly to all locations in the U.S.

When we figured in shipping cost via FedEx we used North Texas to California and given you are in New York -- it comes out about the same. So the $650.00 should cover it for the wheels including shipping based on your zip code info. Thanks

Rick,
I do not know what brand they are although I do know they were manufactured in Italy so the quality and finish are excellent as you can see. When we estimated shipping costs - we figured in California so $650.00 should cover it.

YOUR WHEELS

Excuse me for being a dummy - but will they fit a CLK55 AMG and what does staggered mean. I just bought my first Benz and the car has 17inch chromes that I am not keen on so I will need to upgrade to an 18inch with low profile tires - these look perfect.

Also if no one minds me asking what is the max (sensible) size for a CLK55.

Please let me know if they have not sold yet.

Thanks - Rick.

Rick,
Don't know if I responded to this or not - but here goes. All of our Mercedes wheels are the same bolt pattern 5/112 and 18" x 8" is a logical conservative upgrade from stock 17s. The offset "I think I read somewhere on the forum) for the CLK 55 is 37mm and 30mm staggered meaning they are different very slightly front to back. The wheels we have for sale are 35mm offset -- kind of right in the middle for your application. 30mm puts them in a little bit and 37 puts them out just a tad from 35.
Wheels are still available and as you see (quite nice) and from a style standpoint easy to keep clean.

YOUR WHEELS

Hi there - thanks for the follow up - can you call me at 949-233-1081 or e-Mail me at [email protected] so we can chat. I think I will get them as I don't want too flashy just classy looking - I will price the tires tomorrow as well. I wonder what I might get for my 17inch AMG chrome rims with new tires...

Thanks,

Rick.

offsets...

More positive offset (higher number) means wheel is farther under the car (towards the centerline). Lower positive offset sticks out farther. It depends upon where you are looking, but I consider 37 to be "in" a little from 30 or 35.

Hi Jerry - I think I am back to your rims again - to many ifs and buts on different rims - I can get the 18's with a good tire and be set. I still have your invoice let me know if you still have them... I will call the local discount tire place near my house and price tires...

Cheers, Rick.

Still have the rims for sale. On the E320 I suspect they would fit as these are the most universal of size and fitment in and 18" style wheel. Offset at 35mm is somewhat in the middle for Mercedes and 8" wheel width is conservative for this size wheel.

Note: The ones we have for sale at the beginning of this post are not staggered either allowing for rotation if you stay with the same tire size all around or these wheels would still accept bigger tires for the rear if the that is the look one is trying to achieve
