Hi Jeff,

Sure - here it is:

:)
That is the most extensive owner's manual that I have ever seen.
The accessories list is useful too.

Small acts of kindness maintain faith in humanity.

Hopefully, this car can last until the parts disappear.

Translated user's manual

Hello

I have been looking for a service manual myself for quite some time. Recently I found one in Russian. I split the pdf file into smaller ones, translated each one to english and merged them back together.
As a result I have a service/user's manual with most parts well understandable (some words were not translated).
Since I had to work a bit for this manual, I would like to share this to spare anyone else's time and efforts.

Good luck,
Michiel Moerman
Hey, do you by any chance still have this translated manual? Would be very grateful.

My pleasure :grin

I'd say there are a few members, who have W168 as a second / third runaround car, someone I know from another (UK) forum, just about to buy an A190 as his third Merc.

Even though I drive a C169 A200 nowadays, I have had more than a couple of W168s over the years, both here in the UK, and in The Bahamas before that (Jap import), and done a number of mods - will be happy to share.

BTW, if you're in UK, and if your A160 is missing a folded up seat support, you're welcome to mine.

Page 169 of the manual shows where it is hidden (some people own their cars for years without ever finding it), and page 170 - how to use it.
Hi David
I own a 2002 a190. Your knowledge would be greatly appreciated. I’m trying to weigh up whether it’s worth fixing/keeping. It’s only done just over 110,000 km and still looks really good.
Cheers
J
