You have to lightly tighten both bolts and with wheels (weight of the car) turn the steering fully left and right to settle the bushes. And fully tighten the bolts at normal ride height position. The bracket holds the nuts

Wishbone -to-axle carrier: 120NM + 90 degrees.
Ball joint -to- knuckle (hub): 50NM + 60 degrees.

I'm a little late to the party, but one comment. I'd recommend using new hardware whenever you see a torque rating plus degrees.
