i would rather not have holes drilled in the front but NH requires a front plate. I know that other cars (mini cooper, etc.etc) have special mounting hardware that use the towing ring (sorry for lack of special term) to mount a front license plate. anyone know where i can get one for the R320CDI? its a 2007. I didnt purchase the vehicle in NH so it didnt come with one.

In NJ, it is illegal not to have the front plate. And I dont have the front plate either, So far, did not get any ticket yet. I like the look without the front plate and I am just risking myself. We`ll see.

I'm sure you can order one from a dealer in a state which requires front plates. I would give you mine, except I'll need it if I ever get a ticket for not having it attached...

Plate

Mine has a form fitting black front bracket that it about 1" deep and fits perfectly with the bumper contours. So I am sure its available.

Oddly enough I need something similar for my Sienna, which didn't come with one (as I bought it in PA) and the lame-o method of screws into the plastic bumper isnt working well.
