I bought a B180 cdi 2007 and i got 2 fault when i read the ecu, U0416 - Network and P2251 - Powertrain O2 sensor Negative current control circuit Open bank1 sensor1.

The problems i get is that ESP gets deactivated and at the same time tire air measurment is deactivated :/

and some times the engline light come up i think is because the U0416.

Need help!! which parts are defect??

U0416 - Network - check all fuses and relays, it may be also a broken ESP sensor cable (eg. front axle speed sensor or rear wheels speed sensor). ESP and air pressure go hand in hand...

P2251 - Powertrain O2 sensor Negative current control circuit Open bank1 sensor1 - have the oxygen sensor on the exhaust manifold checked, may be just wiring...

If the car has the right tire size installed, I guess it caught something under that dinged the sensor and the O2 sensor... Lift up the car, check and let us know, luckily is just the wiring...

Could be, they are mismatched circumference.
