NEED HELP WITH HID / XENON PHILIPS 6000K......"EMERGENCY"

Hello all. I have installed a brand new set of Philips 6000k hid/xenon converions on my 2005 MB E320 Sport AMG. I am driving around with no lights now because my cheesy dealership does not have a clue on how to make them work. I told them they had to program the ecu to read "xenons present". Thay said they have done this and still no good. Why cant these guys figure this out.....Could anyone help me with this isssue detail by detail so that maybe i can relay info to techs at MB. i am so disappointed in the maintenance providers for MBUSA. They are extremely inexperienced. SOMEONE PLS HELP........
