Hi there
I've had a few issues with my central locking since having a can of cola emptied into it. lately it started to play up again, so i removed the pump to clean all the electrical contacts, however when i put it back in the car the pump turns but nothing happens.
Could some one post a picture of their pump to help me work out if i put the airlines back in the right place.
any other fault finding suggestions gratefully received.
I've also noticed the when i turn the pump upside down it goes clunk is this normal?
Thanks
Dave.

thanks

Many thanks loubapache.
the cola in question was placed on the back seat, and filtered down into the two 18 way plugs and the four way power socket. which are now nice and green, even having been cleaned at the time. I did get the airlines back in the correct position i think, i suspect that my clunking sound from the pump is not a standard feature, and that is my next point of investigation, will reply when i have more info, but progress is slow at the moment due to very low temperatures here (foot of snow, and -18C the other day)
again many thanks, as i did not find the info with my search.

THis may not apply to you at all but I found this in my file:

Model 210

1 Remove/install pneumatic control unit (PSE).

i Never refasten the red silicone hose to the pump body under any circumstances, because the hose is defective.

2 Replace pneumatic control unit (PSE) .

3 Seal pump outlets not required with red plug, part no. 210 800 00 53.

i Only the pump part no. 210 800 01 48 is available. Stocks in ZVL-Germersheim have been sorted.
