Need Help : W211 New Comand

i just got an E280 2009 model with the new comand (SD, HDD, Navigation),
everything is working fine except the Audio CD's, i'm trying Original CD's but the unit give me a messege that the disk in unreadable
any suggestions what might be the proplem.
everything else is working fine including Video DVD's

Why bother doing anything to it yourself? The car is still under warranty! Take it to the dealer and let them determine what to do.
