I'm having a hard time finding a hole I can access in the firewall to run 3 "parking sensor" cables from the front grill into the cab of the car. Does anyone know if there is a hole that can be used or will I have to take off the splash cover under the car to find a hole in the floor pan?

Alan,

Did you have success making this conversion? I would also like to add front and rear sensors to my 2013 CLS550. Thanks, Marv

Guys,
Most if not all MB models are having the fuse box right by the driver side of the engine bay.
If you look from the driver foot-well area and up to the firewall, you should notice a harness entry from the engine bay to the driver instruments. This harness is protected by a specially designed grommet on the firewall side for weather protection.
This is the best entry for the wires you're running. It'll be factory look.

Caution not to use any sharp tools when you access this area because any injuries to the harness wires shall drive the car (and you) nuts!.

Stay safe.
