Hi yall. im new here and i dont drive a Mercedes, i drive a bmw, at least its german. anyway the reason i am here is because my dad has a C280 and he got into a minor fender bender and it pushed his radiator into the cooling fan behind it, which bent it. so far we have taken off the front bumper, removed the radiator and the transmission hoses and cant seem to get the radiator out, what am i missing. someone please help. ill post pictures if needed. thanks in advance....

You MUST remove the clutch driven fan and shroud before attempting to remove the radiator. It will require a special tool to hold the fan pulley so you can remove the fan and clutch from it. It is a very tight fit. Also, remove the condenser from the radiator (2 10mm bolts at the top). It can stay in the car. Hope this helps.
