Need help Folks!!!! (1998 Nov. Merc. E240 Classic Automatic)

In the morning when I start the car it starts fine, runs fine, and while I am waiting for the engine to warm up a little, it dies, displaying the following error: Accident Skid Control.

I start the car again, and now this time, instead of letting it try to warm up, I want to put it into reverse (or any other gear) and the same thing happens. (ASC Error)

So this goes on 5-7 times, and then I manage to get it into gear, and pull away.

For the rest of the day the car would work fine.

Next morning same thing happens.

Anyone got any ideeas? Any help would be appreciated!!!

Thanks!

This error that is displayed probably does not
have much to do with actual error cause. My car
is fitted with kind of antitheft device that cuts
off supply to fuel pump. When it engages, engine
runs for a while, using residue fuel from fuel
rail and then it dies, displaying ASR (Antriebs
Schlupff Regelung) error - because i've decided
to keep my instrument cluster speaking german :)
I believe that it means the same. I don't know
why engine electronics set this error when engine
dies, but it just happens for some reason.
It would be best to have car diagnosed with
handheld tester, as it could be anything - sensor
or some other device like pump, ignition, etc.
