( look at the pictures below). I posted some pictures last time to if anyone could help me figure out the name of the part or hose the I am missing so far not much progress.
Now I would like to see if someone could send me the same picture of their 98 S420 maybe that would help me.

I searched for 1998 M119 engine and found these photos on ebay.. It doesn't show exactly where the hoses connect but it gives a clue where to look.

It would be helpful if you completed your profile and also explained if you have any symptoms.

If I were to guess, I'd say there is a vacuum hose that runs from that terminal to the intake manifold or throttle body. It appears the manifold also has a hose that runs to that Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pump.

If that is an open vacuum port, I'd suggest you at least plug it to avoid vacuum loss.
