I have a 2003 ML350 and am looking for the best solution for adding an aux input (hard wire, not FM transmitter and not cassette pass-through). I have searched the web, but have not found a currently available product and instructions of how to wire it. Any suggestions? Thx.

easy to install an FM Modulator, plenty of room behind radio and heater controls.
Need wired FM Modulator and a Metra antenna adapter kit 40VW30, which has the correct adapters (2). Check Amazon about $10.00.
Radio Shack Mod'tors are about $12 on close out, or about $30 other wise. Then use a Ronben Flush Mount Dash adaptor for a clean look.
Too easy, (and the replacement plug for the CD changer does not work because the MCS is still looking for a CD to be in the player.)
