please help. I have a 2004 E200K-W211 MB. Purchased the vehicle with the navigation system installed but the navigation system does not allow me to enter the street name. I will appreciate any help with this problem.

Interesting! My 2008 does not allow me to enter the exact house number.

Is it asking you to enter the city first? The city always goes in first, once mine recognizes the city I simply push the street button, then the house number (which is often given after input as a range....say 0-100 Capitol Street). If the City is pre-loaded at the top because you have already accepted a navigation direction there, you should be able to just hit street and have the opportunity to navigate to a new street in that City.
