Howdy folks 👋 I just recently switched from a 2019 to a 2020 GLC300. In my 2019 I had navigation via an sd card slot and it worked perfectly. To get navi on the 2020 I had to pay $550 to MB to activate it but I think I’m missing something or something is wrong. I like the view on the map to be at 1/8 mile and in the 2019 that wasn’t a problem but in the 2020 all I see is a grey screen with a line on whatever road I’m on. Can anyone advise me if I need an update or if it’s a setting change or what? Thanks in advance!

Hi Ladybug, Can you tell me how long after you purchased Navigation did it take for MBUSA to download it to your GLC? Thanks
