Has a 245 Chrysler Hemi Engine mated up to a 5 speed toyota gearbox.
Its the only w123 i am aware of with this engine in it.

Sadly trying to sell it at the moment being a student and all.

I also have a stock standard w123 280 very nice apart from the fact that I have just had a Truck reverse into the R/F guard/Fender , Any body that could write me a brief description on what is required to remove and replace one of these would be greatly , greatly appreciated.

Great to find a community like this looking forward to taking part!

Remove the bumper/lights, remove the lower trim remove bolts, remove the inner bolts from the hood area, open door and remove bolts in crack, remove misc trim screws. Tilt forward and pull out to the side. Install is reverse thereof.

Pops off. Go from the bottom or sides.

The blacked out window trim and black out mirror shells remind me of a Volvo 240. Other than that, nice looking car.

Yeah it is a bit rattly and old looking but the torque and sound of this engine is what I was after.
Its out of the Around 76 Valiant Regal, Had a charger 265 in it but that broke a crank, This motor Has a mopar cam, extractors through custom exaust, 2brrl holly and a beefed up ignition system, The 5 speed is a t51 ,split case, cast iron, short ratio box.
Ive gone through 2 diffs ,or though they cope quite well.
Its an original Amg kit with the stamps etc.
Ill get some video up of the car in action :D.

Wheels are BBS "somethings", 8" rear 7" front , it is rather low but handles amazingly.

I got the window bits that would come of powder coated and the door tops are painted.
De bump-stopped the sides with internal fiberglass patches blocking up the holes.

I'm also in the process of repairing another body kit so I can make up some molds as I believe it to be something worth replicating.

Good god. lol. They look like 107 not 123, given the fog lights and SLC hood. How does it fit?

Edit your CP so we can see where you are located other than guessing NZ

It is a hemi as it has a hemispherical shape to the top of the combustion chamber!
Im doing all the repair to the body kit my self, ive done a bit of boat building so i know my way around a fiberglass roller.

Ill get some new pics up as soon as i can be bothered taking them

Ps the steal wheels are for skids only as the tires are much ,much cheaper.

It appears to me that it more then likely an adaptation of the a 107 kit as dimension wise it fits the car precisely, as I said I'm considering working with a friend of mine to create a set of molds, then export is definitely an option.

Ill get some pics of it being held up on my car.

:D

It is very a pity, but references to a photo any more do not work.
You can show them? Once again. It is very interesting to look
