1 ) connected horn direct to battery 12V w/ extra cable they work.
2) Fuse fine.
3) Both cables on my steering wheel connected

Where to search , is there more components for a horn ?

Hi there,

One of those cables is powered when the ignition is ON, the horn switch then passes this power to your horns.

You might test for power at those C106 connectors, maintain that power to the slip ring, say the top one in the image for example.. then test the the horn button/slip rings function . If its all good, you will get power on the other side...

It seems likely the issue is either here, or the horns ground supply at G101.

Quick check G101, fine.

So most probably slip rings or C106 (Where is C106 located)

Sorry stupid question but i never replaced or checked "Slip-rings for horn"

To check "Slip-Rings":

Do i need to remove the steering wheel, or is it located lower towards pedals, or other place? . See attached pics please.

Quick check G101, fine.

So most probably slip rings or C106 (Where is C106 located)

C106 is up by the steering column. (behind the underdash).

Leave the steering wheel in place..

It's up by the steering column, quits close to where the brake pedal attaches.
