My GLC

Finally got to drive a GLC this weekend. Really liked it. I was impressed how much affect the agility control has. I had already ordered one, but I switched my color from Dakota Brown to Diamond Silver -- as much as I liked the brown, I was afraid it didn't go well with the black Designo interior.

My order:
GLC 300 4Matic
Diamond Silver metallic
Designo Black interior
Premium package
MB-Tex covered dashboard
Illuminated star
Blind Spot Assist
Lighting package
Multimedia package

Build date is last 10 days in January, with delivery towards end of February. Does that sound right -- about 30 days from the build date?

It sounds about right based on where it's built and your location. Do you know where it's built? Where are you? Completing your personal info that appears on you posts, could be helpful for questions such as this.

I'm in Atlanta GA. I believe all GLCs are made in Bremen.
That time frame is correct. It would be shipped to Brunswick, GA, go through the M-B center there, then have to get to your dealer. They allow 6-8 weeks for transit in shipping but there is quite a bit of slack in that time frame to allow for delays in loading, from weather, and for stacked cars awaiting shipping from the prep center in Brunswick. In my case, on both a GLK and an E350 I picked up in Europe and shipped the cars to the West Coast, Long Beach, CA. In each case even going through the Panama Canal, delivery was about 6 weeks. They guesstimate an extra 2 weeks for that transit. It could get on a ship @ Bremerhaven immediately, in which case you could get in mid February. If it sits on the docks 4 or 5 days, or if there is weather in the crossing, it could be as late as March.
