No noise when I press the button. I have a 1986 190E, what might be wrong with it. What parts should I be looking for. Thank You so much

Remove the door panel and check the wiring. Sometimes the wires lose connection somehow. If all looks good....its most likely that you need a new window motor. Could possibly be the window switch, but I doubt it. You can test the motor to see if its good by directly hooking it up to the battery.

The window switch of mine works on the left rear.

If it works on the left rear would it mean that it works on the right front, and that it would be the window motor ect... Thank You

P.S. the car is a 1986 190E 2.3

Window Motor replaced.

Received part, used original on ebay for $50 with shipping. Went to Tijuana and had it installed for $30. So the whole deal was $80.
