Ok i am trading in my car some time this week so i really don't want to go to the dealer to get this fixed. It appears to me my radiator is leaking as there have been big puddles underneath the car the last 2 days. I checked under the cap this morning and the little tank there was empty. Is it ok to just keep filling this up with water as a quick fix to last me the week?

Use a 50 - 50 mix.

If you keep filling it with just plain water it will start to overheat soon.

I hate to suggest this, but .......

If the hose clamps are tight, dump some black pepper in the radiator, not a lot. The pepper goes to the leak and swells up, sealing the leak. It's only an emergency repair, but it often works. Lets hope it's not the radiator end tanks.

Yes, I know it's wrong to do that to a new owner, but the dealer will be responsable and not Mr. Ferrari.
