My 1991 560 sec with 146000 km take a long time to start the engine turn for about 15 to 20 seconds before it starts some times it start in 5 seconds. When it the start idle is irregular I changed the plug wires the idle got a little bit better but it still take a long time to start. Please give advice

Need more info then that... What else has been tended to? Plugs are not going to make or break you based on what you have told us. Has the fuel system been maintained? Fuel filter, pumps, accumulator, injectors, fuel distributor.
Any other symptoms? Does it help if you put your foot to the floor when cranking the engine over?

Lastly, you should Really use the search before posting this question, it's been covered Many times in the past.
