My 190 2.6 has a miss when idling

I've got a 1993 190 e 2.6 we've had it since 93. Never had any trouble until know. It has a miss will in idle and will die after running a while very dangerous just about got rearended.[

] Need some advice on what to look for. We use 93 octane and gas treatment 101,000 miles 4,000. until next big service. I was wondering if this something I can fix.

misfire

If the misfire is only when idling, and is O.K. when you rev the engine, I would be inclined to check the injector on the misfiring cylinder or the injector seal.
