I'm looking for the belt diagram of an G 350 TD §

MY OLD BROKE ? SO I'M INSTALLING ALL NEW PARTS ? BUT i JUST CAN'T GET THE BELT CORRECT ! thabks geoff[;)]

Learned my lesson

I know it doesn't apply to you, since yours broke unexpectedly. But I always find it amazing how, when changing a serpentine belt on maintenance schedule, I can look at the belt in place and say to myself, "Oh yeah, it's pretty obvious how it goes, I'll remember that."

But 5 seconds after the belt is off, the routing's gone to a complete mystery! Now I write it down and tape it in a secure location under the hood before removing the old belt. Lots of the manufacturers are providing a sticker now, showing the correct routing. But you can make your own by writing on a piece of paper (or better yet, photocopy the diagram so generously provided down to a usable reduction) and sealing over with clear packing tape. The cooler the place you find to do it, the longer the tape will last.

The vacuum routing for my "california certification" is done the same way. [:)]

I am going to bye a G 350 td - 1995 , but it has problems in the motor, overheating and less power.

Max velocity 50 miles, but goes up well in montains.

Doy you think it will have serius problem in the motor or something in refrigeration system?

Mine goes over 150Km/h+ on flat road. The engine had overheating problem, but I got it fixed by changing radiator and water pump. Radiator is a sort of expensive, but maybe you can fix it just by using special coolant "T-30" from MB.

But, better stay away from the truck, unless it is extremely cheap or you have extra budget to fix the problems.

Is it 8,000 US dollars? I will take it - even for some spare parts -. 80,000 US dollars, no for you can buy something much better with that amount of money.

But you must know that there is a reduced number of gs in Brazil( 10/15 ) , and we cannot import used cars.

Hi Zé, if this seller lowers his price from 32.000 USD to 8.000 USD there must be something VERY wrong with this car... Watch out for the 350 diesel engine. It is one of the worst ever built by Mercedes and has a structural problem. I know several people who had a SE 350 and they all had engine problems around 90.000 -100.000 km, some even sooner.[xx(] So IF he lowers his asking price to 8.000 USD have the car carefully checked by a specialist whatever the cost. It will be worth it in the long run.
